Who we are
This policy explains how Insight Media LLC ("Insight Media," "we," "us") handles information you share through our Site Safety Readiness Assessment and related pages. If you have questions, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter: name, company or agency, job title, work email, phone number (optional), and facility address.
- Your assessment answers: site type, number of people to orient, current training approach, safety program, critical areas, access challenges, priorities, and timeline.
- Consent choices: whether you agreed to email and, separately, to text messages, and when.
- Basic technical data: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example, a QR code at an event), and standard device and browser information.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your assessment results.
- To follow up about your site and answer your questions.
- To schedule a call or a site 3D capture if you ask for one.
- To understand which events and pages are useful, so we can improve them.
Your results are a planning aid based only on your answers. They are not an inspection, audit, or compliance determination.
Email and text messages
Email: If you agree, we will email your results and occasional related information about our services from team@insightmedia.app. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Text messages (optional): We send texts only if you check the separate SMS box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run this page and keep in touch with you, such as our CRM, email, scheduling, and website hosting platforms, and the provider that hosts the 3D walkthrough. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have an active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, such as access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may give you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request a copy of your personal information.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not ask for it in this assessment).

Children
This assessment is meant for working professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
